Refund & Cancellations

At Vintage Bodega, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to cancel an order or return an item, please review the policy below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vintagebodega.com with your order number.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving your order, provided it meets the return eligibility requirements below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Exchanges
If you need a different size or receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us. We'll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to product availability.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vintage Bodega is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue promptly.
