Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vintage Bodega. We're committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-7 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During product launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 1-4 weeks
- Canada: 2-6 weeks
- International: 2-6 weeks
These delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and order value.
From time to time, Vintage Bodega may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be clearly displayed during checkout.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is available for your shipment).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Vintage Bodega is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We'll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We'll review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
